Every project starts as an idea: a family home, a terrace of apartments, a place for guests to stay. We shape that idea into a design you can see, discuss and approve.
A design-and-build company with its roots in Benin City.
We started in October 2020 with one idea, in the company's name and in its tagline: take what a client imagines and turn it into a real building.

Who we are
Architecture, construction and real estate.
ASDA Multiconcept Limited is a Nigerian company best known for design and build: one team, under one contract, responsible for the drawings and for putting up the building.
Our projects so far include homes in Agbor, Ibadan and Asaba, and hospitality buildings in Abuja and Lagos, for homeowners, businesses and government clients.
The “multiconcept” in our name is deliberate. Alongside the built environment, the company runs an agro and food division covering agriculture, livestock and food packaging.
